Ovulation question

Has anyone ever gotten preg with “delayed” ovulation?
Here’s my background:
CD 10 neg OPK drop in temp didn’t check CM fooled around with oral sex
CD 11 pos OPK sharp rise in temp watery CM fooled around with oral sex
CD 12 pos OPK temp continues to rise watery CM no foreplay
CD 13 pos OPK due to depression I stopped temping and checking CM no foreplay
CD 14 neg OPK and this is the only day we had sex
CD 14 according to Ovia I’m out of my fertile window
In other words all “signs” have pointed to my body gearing up for ovulation but I’m wondering if there’s any chance ovulation delayed until yesterday/today?
Ladies what’s your take on this? Have any of y’all gotten preg with delayed ovulation where your body and signs show ovulation but ovulation appears to have delayed? Anyone wanna share their story? Anyone have similar experiences as me? Please all comments welcome. Don’t read and run please.

I don't have any experience of OPK's but it's best to have sex every other day during your fertile period (when you have more CM) even if you don't think you are ovulating yet and continue until a day or so after you think you did or you have no more watery/egg white CM.
