Ovulation Study

hello, I am 28 now, and we are trying for a baby. My Doctor suggested to have a Ovulation study from Day 10 along with sperm analysis. Where Sperm analysis results are normal. Below are all details of my ovulation study which seems weird to me. So Need Help..
Day 10 --> 16x14 mm Dominant Follicle on Right Side. ET 6 mm
Day 11 --> No Dominant Follicle , with ET 7mm
Day 13 --> 10x9 mm Dominant Follicle on Right Side. ET 8mm
Day 15 --> 10x9 mm Dominant Follicle on Right Side. ET 9.5 mm
Day 17 --> 11x10 mm Dominant Follicle on Right Side. ET 10 mm
Day 20 --> 16x15 mm Dominant Follicle on Right Side. ET 12 mm

For all days there was no free fluid found in Ultrasound. I am having a regular 28 day cycle. But now I am confused with the results, and we are not able to find out did I ovulated or I am still to ovulate ? My Doctor said its possible that we are doing tests in wrong cycle, So if periods starts in this month I have to be on Tablets for regularizing it. But we have different questions..

1. If I have already ovulated, does it means that my ovulation period is in between 7 to 11 days ?
2. If I have ovulated late, how can my periods are regular ?
3. Is regularizing the Follicle growth is the only option to conceive ? I mean is that possible that still I can conceive with above analysis results ?

Please help !! The anxiety is Killing me.. !!

Well, I don't know where you are from but in the UK we do not routinely do those tests.
