I'm got two days of bright red (looked like positive) results this cycle. I'm confused, which day did I actually ovulate?! I believe I have a 14 day luteal phase so can I just count backwards from my period to work out when I ovulated? I'm assuming it's gonna be a bfn this month as we didn't dtd around the right time. Anyone got any words of wisdom??

Without temping its not possible to confirm the exact day, although sperm can survive for upto 7 days in the right conditions, they say you ovulate 12-36hours after a positive ovulation test so it could be the day of the second positive or the day after x OPKs are only an indicator of the hormonal surge, they do not confirm it x
