Ow

So I went walking around today in hopes that itd help me progress and I felt find througout the day. By time I got home I was exhausted and my feet hurt but other than that I was perfectly fine.

When i went to lay down I noticed a dull cramp on my right that eased when I laid on my right. So I settled down to sleep only to wake up in pain four houra later. I was still on my right side but now the dull cramp had turned into what felt like someone was taking a knife to the muscle. It seems to be right over where my right overy is located and has lessened with a warm bath and sitting up but its sore to the touch and still will send up really sharp pains here and there

Anyone have this issue? Did I possibly over extend myself and pull something?

It sounds like when I had a round ligament spasm. It hurt really bad, and was on the right side, felt like the ovary. But it also felt like a crazy contraction in just the right side. You could have pulled the muscle there.

I had a similar pain and doc said I pulled a muscle in my uterus. I had been walking a lot as well
