pacifier too hard

There's only one type of pacifier my 15-week old has taken a liking to and I went to the store to buy too more of them yesterday. Even though they're the same brand and type, these new ones are really hard and my son won't take them.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to ways to soften them up somehow?

Honestly I'd return them. I wouldn't try to soften them up--it may weaken the pacifier, not safe in my opinion

I agree with vickie take them back and exchange them for another pack and see if there softer XxX

I know with rubber ones , my grand ma told me she use to let them sit over night to soften them , but then again that was way back when i was lil..I think today's ones are made to be safe and some what teeth resistant..
