The diaper guts are falling out as the thigh part isnt sealed walmart wont take them back because ive used a few that werent messed up. A little under half are broken any ideas how to fix them or further complain?

even if you've used a few they should take it back as it's a faulty product!

I feel so stupid i totally didnt think of that . I was just thinking of where i bought them :dohh:

The goog thing is when you complain to the company you usually get free stuff/coupons etc. since they want to keep you buying there brand.

^ this is true.
I called Enfamil because 5 out of 12 cans of formula were dented and unusable. They send me 5 x $5 off

On the phone with huggies now the lady thinks im crazy because they havent had any other complaints on this batch manufacturer date is oct 10 2012 ,she says. Maybe other stores havent sold their older batches and gotten to the new ones ?

I've always found bitching on a company's facebook page tends to get pretty fast action if you're getting no joy the direct customer service route.

I have to mail back the package and then they will send me a check now i have to go buy another pack and risk them being broken too , or should i just try another brand until huggies gets their shit together any brands u like dislike or i should avoid?

I have had pretty good results with pampers and parents choice (walmart brand) I used to use white cloud with my 7yo and they were good but haven't used them with this baby yet. I haven't had much luck with huggies, so far most of the huggies I have used so far leaked.

i also recommend pampers or parent's choice walmart brand - as I have tried almost every brand and these have worked best for me

Are they at least paying for the shipping for you to send that pack of diapers back?

As for diaper brands - I stick by Luvs! I don't like anything else. In fact, I've been using huggies overnites since LO sttn, and while they don't leak at all the tabs on them rip off a lot. It seems like 1 out of 3 of their diapers has that problem, and I'm not rough with it at all.

No , im paying return shipping ! I'm thinking it will be cheaper for me just to cut my losses and eat it.

i agree pampers and parents choice, ive also found targets up and up brand to be pretty good i use them on ds and they hardly ever leak

At the moment I am using Babies r Us brand diapers I still prefer pampers and parents choice but these are working for their purpose. I find the outer covering a little stiff but no leaks yet. I thought I would add this as an option. We got them on sale, a case for $8 so they were pretty affordable.

do any of those have the little things that change color when baby is wet?

pampers and parents choice both have wetness indicators. Pampers has a yellow line that turns green (on the swaddlers anyway) and the parents choice have little bear outlines that disappear when the diaper is wet. The babies r us ones don't but you can tell they are wet

I love pampers nappies, they seem to hold in the moisture so much better than huggies.

i hate using 'brand' nappies. i just use tesco or wilkinsons own.. x
