packing bag

Anyone else left it really late to pack their bag? My section is booked for Wednesday, so 6 days to go, and I just can't get round to it!

I finished packing my bag the morning my water broke. I'm a horrible procrastinator! Maybe start with the small things, or add a little bit to the bag each day, instead of doing it all at once. Good luck!

Your stressing me out just reading this post! I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and plan on packing mine this week

Lol I have a full list, and everything that need washing has been done, but it's just the doing it thats the problem. I think it's because it doesn't matter til Wednesday! I'm a lot more like you, fizzy....procrastination is my friend

Ladies - I never got round to packing my bag and ended up rushing for an emergency c section with nothing ready! The thought of your bags not being packed popped into my head this morning on observation ward and stressed me even more!!!

Is that now? Hope you and baby are ok? You'll be glad to know my bag is now indeed packed, I did it yesterday. First time I literally took a normal sized large suitcase - this time I've filled the small one you can use as hand luggage and a little weekend bag for baby, quite chuffed with myself.

Yep it's now! My oh had just got my suitcase and our old baby clothes out of the attic on Sunday evening ready for me to sort and pack this week and then later that same night I started bleeding so we came in not really expecting anything and less than 3 hours later they'd delivered him!! I've now ended up with half my house in the hospital as I've had to rely on other people packing for me!

Thank you I'm ok baby is in special care to help with his breathing at the minute considering this is 2 days old im hoping you did actually pack a bag?! And that baby was delivered safely and your doing well? x x

Thank you, it was my first section after 2 natural deliveries so felt very strange and surreal but everything went well. Like I said just waiting for lo to pick up with his breathing
