Pain advice needed....

For past 2 weeks I have been having major pains in my right side groin area....it doesn't hurt if I am laying standing or sitting but if I move it is almost too much to deal with....possibly round ligament pain I have been told. Anyone else dealing with this?? Any advice is appreciated!

Could be ligament pain or sciatic nerve pain. Mine sometimes radiates that far but its usually in my back...

I have had sciatica for almost 12 years (after a car wreck)....but I would never have thought that would go down the groin area....normally it just goes straight down both legs.....I will talk to my chiropractor about it Monday! My ob/gyn said that there was nothing she could do for the pain....
