Pain in left side

I had this horrible pain in my left side lastnight and its come back 2nite.
Its on my side and its between my hip and the side of my rib and its goes abit into my back.
Had anyone else had this?

The way you describe, it sounds like trapped gas.... I get it every once in awhile, hurts like the devil! If it's bad enough, it'll hurt all the way up my rib cage to my shoulder.

Is there anything that helps you relive it?

Usually if I just go for a slow walk, it relaxes my muscles and gets the air moving a bit so I can let it out. I tried Tums, but once it's past your stomach it doesn't really help.

Maybe ask your OB or Doctor if there's anything they suggest?
