Pain in my ovaries when I cough?

Hi ladies. I have a quick question.
Today when I have coughed， particularly when lying down I got this quick sharp stabbing pain in the area I assume my ovaries are. Worse in the left but still in both. Last night I also had a bit of discomfort when hubby and I BD`d.

I got a positive opk 2 days ago....I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it?
Weird.
Anyone experienced this?

Not sure about the coughing and ovary pain part but last cycle I did have pain during intercourse at the time of ovulation.
