This pain is frustrating and it's freaking me out. I was leaning propped up with pillows in bed when it started hurting so I shifted but it felt worse. Some gas happened
which made it ease up a little but it's still hurting. I went to feel the area but it was tender to my touch so I stopped feeling asap. I'm really squeamish at feeling anything on my own body, it's so silly - I know.
It's to the left of my belly button, like 2-3 inches maybe? So I assumed intestinal area and I've been super backed up lately. Do you ladies think I should be concerned or is it probably just gas and stuff moving about?
I have a midwife appointment on Thursday so I'll definitely be bringing it up then.
