Pain on Clomid.

This is my fifth round of clomid. Only my second round in a row though. All the others have been 50 mg but this was my first round of 75 mg. I am having horrible pelvic pain where I assume my ovaries are located. It's on both sides and just really bothering me. I'm on cd 14 and still no positive opk.

I'm just wondering if anyone has had fairly intense pain/tenderness and it not been cysts? I'm terrified of getting a cyst with the higher dose.
