Hi everyone!

I've recently started up running/jogging again in order to shift some of this weight.

In the last few days, I've started getting pains in my ankles while I'm walking! It's really frustrating, because I love to walk/run...

Any suggestions on what I can do to ease the pain? :( I don't want to give up running/walking, because it's my main source of exercise

Have you had your running gait looked at by a sports shoe shop? You could be over pronating.

Also takes time for body to.adjust to running.

I agree with Natalie W. Also, trying icing them and take an anti-inflammatory after you run. Running is hard on the joints, especially if you're overweight.

I also have pain after running/walking, my problem is my knees though! It is so frustrating isn't it x

Try running slightly foreward, so you land on your fore foot. It sounds like you are heel striking, hence the knee pain. If you try this you will get your calves aching x
