I Dont know if its just me, or if any of you ladies have this problem. Ive debated posting about it as i am worried its something more, but its just me being awkward i guess

Over the years ive lost alot of weight, and i had some stretch marks when i was younger as i wasnt a skinny girl, i didnt loose all my weight till i hit about 15, and i did have a few little marks over the hip area.

BUT now i am 19, 30 weeks preggers and the stretch marks have reappeared, but i totally new this and it wasnt a shock untill..
they started to get painfull.. just running my fingers over the deep ones with cream or bio-oil really hurts. and ive also noticed alot on the back of my knees...

now the only thing i can think of that might be causing in the pain is where its stretchmarks over the old ones.. but other then that i am clueless

You can sort of see some of them on my avatar... any ideas anyone?
any advise is gratefull :) x

Nope but mine on my belly hurt too, they feel like an old bruise if I touch them. I have never had any on my belly before, they are all brand new?

I have some really big thick ones underneath my bump which are sore when my clothes rub against them or i touch them. It's just where the skin is so thin and has stretched, keep moisturising them it will help them heal and prevent any itching!

Have you tried putting the bio-oil in a warm bath and soaking in it? when you come out you can just dry off by dabbing not rubbing- make sure the water isn't to hot thou and dont dunk your head in unless you have got spilt ends!! x

I posted about my sore ones in 3rd tri, it seems when they are really bad then it common for them to be a little sore. Someone suggested to me to ask the doc/ midwife about them and see if they will prescribe some steroid cream xxx

When I was about 33 or something weeks pregnant last time having had no stretch marks at all my tummy over night split ALL over. They were agony. They are still tender in places even now, 2 years later. I guess when the inner layers split that much it just does hurt. :(
