Painfuls spots in stretchmarks?

Its been nearly 6 months since i had LO and unfortunately i ended up with really bad stretchmarks the worse being on my inner thighs since having her though i keep getting pus filled spots (sorry if tmi) sometimes i can release the pressure from them or if there blind i just wait till they go down but they are leaving awful scars whether i squeeze them or not- i never had these before i got the stretchmarks? anyone have experience of this problem?
