Painless abcess on gum..

I noticed this painless abcess type lump on my gum right at the back where wisdom teeth are when i was 8 months pregnant or so..i went to the dentist back then and she said its likely to be a infection or something and prescribed antibiotics..after completing the course it was still there..but ive sort of left it since then..

Im thinking of going for a routine check up this week so im going to give that a mention also..just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this..any advice wil be great too.
