Pains when standing and walking

Hi ladies I am 37 weeks 3 days pregnant and for the past few days been getting pains right below when I stand up and walk and I have to stop because it hurts are these contractions? Plus why would they only be when I walk or stand up?

This is my 2nd pregnancy...

Are they sharp? I have gotten those pains for a long time when baby hits my cervix. At this point I sure hope that she is chipping away at it and labor will start soon.

When the pain is there I don't won't to move it fells a bit like I am bruised.. plus been waking in the night with period like pains but they don't continue

I have this too, its the baby hitting your cervix not contractions. They are awful.

Normal, not contractions just usual pregnancy aches and pains I've been getting them for weeks, ifnot months.
You just have to power through as best you can.

Thank you ladies they don't seem as bad today they seem to come on a evening that is when she is more active..
