PAL- ppromed at 30 weeks, now pg with twins

I lost my son in nicu .he was born due to water breaking at 30 weeks and subsequent c section. After an IUI am pg with twins. Now 15 w 3 d. Will be getting a cerclage at 16.4 days.

Have uti, taking antibiotics.

Do you think my twins and I will make it this time?
