What did I do wrong? I put some oil & butter in pan and put them in skin side down (after putting slashes in the skin) but the skin just disintegrated? It tasted nice but no crispy skin :shrug:
 
Um not sure only I don't ever slash the skin! Make sure your pan is hot hot before you put them in skin side down too! (sprinkle sea/kosher salt on the top first too)

Thank you. I think I maybe didn't get the pan hot enough. Will try for hotter next time.
