Panic attacks

Does anyone have panic attacks? As a result from your relationship?

I've had 2... One an hour or so ago (still feel sick now ) and one 2 days ago... Both came on after a song came on the radio. The 2 songs that caused it were on an album that FOB's brother made us, and for some reason when the came on, I went into a complete panic. never felt anything like it

Dunno why it's suddenly started either...

you poor thing xxx i've not had panic atacks so definitely can't compare but i do get really anxious abut things and can feel my heart pounding in my chest, i come over all light headed and have to sit down which is bad enough. it happens to me when i think about happy times i spent with my husband like our wedding day or when i think of the plans we had already made but now won't happen like trying for our second baby or taking LO away for his first holiday.

I got these at the start of my pregnancy when my ex first left me! Then I felt one come on tonight when I found out he had been with another before we broke up and still is with her! Tonights one really scared me because I'm 27weeks pregnant and didnt realise what they were doing to my body and my baby!

I guess in time things get easier! Well I hope so...
