Hello ladies.....
I would like to know if anyone can give me some pointers on drinking parsley tea to bring on AF???
I had my 2nd miscarriage last week (I was approx 7 weeks) my consultant has given me a date for a laparoscopy which is 11th Nov but I must have a period before the lap. My concern is, if I cannot do this date then I will have to wait till after Christmas and I'm desperate to have the laparoscopy so I can get my endo and cysts removed and hopefully get my sticky BFP!
Has anyone tried the parsley method and did it work? Or any other suggestions??
Thanks xx

It will sometimes work when AF is on her way anyway, but if your hormones have not dropped yet . then it may not work. its known for causing contractions and if inserted vaginally it softens the cervix. sorry about your miscarriage.

Thanks for the response.... I know my levels are back down to zero as I had bloods to confirm last week and my AF should be due next week (if my cycle remains normal) so u was thinking if doing the tea starting next tues.... Fingers crossed it works xx

Your HCG may be low enough but your progesterone level may not have dropped yet. I know with both my early miscarriages my HCG went to 0 but it took a week after that for my progesterone level to drop enough for the miscarriage to start. my body was still trying to hang on to the pregnancy. the parsley dident work for me . but for some women it does .

Oh no..... I'm sorry to hear that :( I've already 'passed' the tissue (god that's sounds so awful, I wish there was a better way to describe this awful experience !) I bled for almost 2 weeks and that has all stopped so do you think my levels will be 'normal now'???
I'm going to try the parsley at the end of this week and see how I get on, I will try anything at this point!!! X

If you have passed everything plus the lining you should be good , sorry again for your loss. :hugs:
