PayPal holding money??

Hiya so my latest activity, I purchased a baby mei tai carrier off eBay in the week, I have sold 2 lots of items on here (clothing), I then purchased 2 items off eBay which came out of some of the money transferred for the clothes. I received my carrier today and was posted 2nd class when I paid extra for 1st, the ladie refunded the p&p price so I just went on to my account to look at my balance and it was zero!! Took me a while but I finally found something that says PayPal are holding it while they investigate!!!! Has anyone had this before? It's not like I've never sold anything and had transfers into it before! Quite annoying!

I am guessing you paid via your bank.

If you did, it takes a few days for it to process and reach the seller.

When she gets it, it will automatically be refunded to you.
