Pcos- Clomid 50mg. Two questions...

Q1:

So i took clomid 50mg on cd5-9
I had an ultrasound and i had lots of new follicles develop almost 30 new ones
but all of them were under 10mm on cd14
My obgyn says my pcos is too severe for her to treat and is refering us to an re

Since this happened what do you think our treatment options are now?
Is clomid still an option?


Q2:

givin the above information and this: on cd 16 I got a +opk after watery cm my cp is HSO but my temp has not gone up yet i had watery cm on cd16,17,18 and on cd18 i had orange tinged cm and i had cramping and hot flashes at the same time. i am now cd 19 and i had some slight cramping and hotflashes again but now my cm is creamy. all of the cramping has been by my hips
i was wondering if i did maybe ovulate or if it is just the pcos.

Hi, don't think I can answer all of your questions as I have never had the scans to see size of follicles just day 21 blood to that checks if ovulation has occurred.

I am thinking maybe u have ovulated but the follicles aren't big enough? It may be that you need to take a higher dose of clomid, I'm currently on 150mg and have ovulated on this dose, next step for me will be ovarian drilling if 2 more cycles of clomid are unsuccessful.
