Hi guys! My husband and I have been trying almost a year and I just had my first appointment with a fertility specialist and he put me on Letrozole 2.5mg for five days and then week later I will go in for an ultrasound to see if I have any mature follicles. If so we will trigger that night with Ovidrel. We are worried about having more than 1 mature follicle does anyone know the odds of having twins if you have two follicles?
