Peak fertility then period showed up!

Looking for some advice, ive been charting using clearblue digital advance tests, 3 days ago it flashed a smiley face meaning high fertility, then i had the 48 hour static face meaning peak fertility, then today my period shows up!! AF wasnt due til the 31st this month.
