Pelvic and lower back pain 11 weeks post

Ever since giving birth I have this terrible pelvic bone pain and lower back pain. I've never had lower back problems in my life and ever since giving birth I'm starting too get it. When does the pain go away if ever??? Does physio help? I have an appointment in 3 weeks not sure what too expect as I never did pelvic flood physio before? Anyone?

I'm going through it as well, along with spotting/bleeding. About to go to the doctor to check it out!

Ugh it hurts so much!!! My baby is 3 months now! My vagina bones hurt which sounds weird if there is any lol

Did you have the pelvic pain prior to birth? If so it can last for a while after birth. Do you have any uti or kidney infection symptoms?

No bladder or kidney infections. And no previous pain before. So I have no idea why I'm in so much pain!!

I only suffered with pelvic pain 3 months after birth. I'm now having physio and its beginning to ease

I'm 6 months post now and still in pain!!! Lower back (sacrum) to be exact!
