Pelvic Pain & Brown Discharge-(PCOS/Endo?)

Hey girls.. I just have a quick question.

For those of you with PCOS or Endometriosis.. What were your symptoms?

This month I started spotting 'brown' and have been for 12 days now mid-cycle.. (frustrating) .. But it's also been accompanied by pelvic pain in the lower right side.. and in the middle. About 2 inches below my navel. It went away for a few days so I didn't make an appointment.. but the pains are back so I'm most likely going to the doctor tomorrow.

The pain is like a mix between pinching and stabbing, hard to explain but not pleasant. I ask because my Aunt (mothers sister) had Endometriosis and was also later diagnosed with cervical cancer. I'm just worried now that it might be the case for me as well.. as I'm otherwise healthy and have been TTC for a good while.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Best wishes & Babydust*

i was having brown spotting for about 4 days leading up to af every mth.....also bad pains in low pelvic area, low back ache, painful sex, painful periods with clots,

i was convinced i had endo ( i know i have pcos) even my gp referred me to have a lap & dye done as thats the only way to confirm endo. The out come was good no endo!!! i was very suprised, since being on clomid ( 4th cycle now) my spotting i had has gradually stopped....im hoping after 6th cycle of the clomid it wont return thats my last cycle of clomid.

my symptoms are similar to dancing kay without the painful periods
and i was diagnosed with endo. as a result i have a blocked tube and have to have ivf.
i was spotting a few days af but not brown, it was pinkish.
