Pelvic pain with fever

For the past 4 days ive had pelvic pain that has been getting worse. also bloated real bad. im on depo shot so i dont think i could be pregnant but its always a possibility. they feel like sharp cramps. and now im running a fever. i went to the hospital earlier and they done a urine sample and a pelvic exam and that came back all good so what else could this be? im tried of hurting please help me!
