Anyone else dealing with perimenopause? I thought this would be a good place to share our experiences.
How old were you when you started, and what are your symptoms?
I am 41 and I haven’t had a period in 3 months now, I’ve been having hot flashes and really bad insomnia, haven’t been struck with the moodiness yet (I don’t think? lol)
