but I'm 100% not pregnant.
What else could it be?
I've been having a lot of cramps but nothing. I've never been this late before but don't want to see a doctor yet just in case it's normal?
I did do a pregnancy test just in case even though me and my husband have been very careful as we don't want anymore children and it came back negative. It's confusing.

I wish I had a good answer. When we were TTC my period came a week late- and I was SO sure it meant something (cause it's basically never late- maye 1-2 dys off? but it's usually like clock work)-- I took so many tests, but suddenly it came... ? Since having LO I don't have periods- then went off the pill and got IUD- and only had one real period since, not sure why that month? IDK- Our bodies do some strange stuff at times-- you know your body best though.

Hope it's sorted soon!

If your regular normal periods have suddenly become irregular and abnormal, first thing you should consider is lifestyle change. Are you exercising rigorously lately? Or it is the stress? are you eating lot of junk foods? These all can contribute to the hormonal changes in your body and can mess with your cycle.

If you are on certain hormonal medications, they might cause an unexpected delay in your periods.
Alternatively, you might have ovulated late so your cycle has become longer.
