Period after Miscarriage??

I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy around 5 weeks. It has been almost 6weeks since it happened and still no sign of my period? I had a tiny bit of spotting one day, but not enough to consider it to be a period. Just wondering when some of you got your cycle back. I'm starting to get worried because my period has always been super regular and it's weird for it to be this late. I've also taken a pregnancy test and that came back negative.

It took 9 weeks for me to get my period after MC. It was a long wait! I had spotting on and off throughout that time. And my cycles have always been regular around 30 days. I know it's so hard to wait but hang in there! Hope your cycle gets back to normal soon!

I was 6 weeks along when I miscarried. I only just got my first period since, it’s been 6 and a half weeks since the first day of bleeding from the miscarriage. Hope that helps. The waiting is awful but hopefully it won’t be much longer for you.
