Period while exclusively breastfeeding?

well im a bit different as i have combi fed from about 4 months but still didn't get a period....and got a at the wkend!!!!

so i guess everyone is different!!!!

Congratulations....you'll probably have a similar age gap to my last two then eh?

I won't kid you that it's easy peasy, but you soon get into the swing of things. I got Toby onto fingerfoods asap once I found out I was pregnant as feeding time was the bit I was the most worried about. I'm so glad I did coz it means that I can prepare him a little picnic lunch in advance and if Erin needs feeding at lunchtime I just pop Toby in his playpen, take his lunchbox out of the fridge and give it to him while Erin's feeding. When she feeds at other times in the day Toby often sits next to us and we read books or watch his favourite tv programme togeather (there's a pic on my ticker)

I am still waiting for the to arrive, I have felt like she's on her way for a while now, but nothing! I exclusively BF although he has cut back his feeds to morning and night, and sometimes during the night. I am hoping to start TTC when bubs is one, few months yet I know!, and wanted to know my cycles but hey ho! She'll come when she's ready!

My periods started around that time too and I was breastfeeding exclusively. Some people are just luckier than others.

mine has also jus arrived and omg how heavy and painful! even worse bleeding than what it was after i had Kaleb!! xxx
