Periods and breastfeeding! Help

Ds2 is 11 months. Still breastfed (still fairly regularly) and doing BLW (he eats quite a bit). Periods returned in March and first three were super short and super light but 28/29 days. Then 34 days then 45 days. Then 7 days, now 18 days! Wondering if this 7 and 18 is all part of the same cycle and day 7 was random spotting, but I'm wanting to know how irregular is still normal and if I should be worries about serious issues (post partum health anxiety)! TIA lovely ladies!!! Xx

It is quite common to get an irregular cycle while bf and for a while after. However I still went to my GP because anything that could be interpreted as bleeding/spotting between periods should be investigated. I got swabs, smear and blood tests done. All came back negative.

Alright, thank you. Just had my routine smeer so might go back and mention! I know an irregular cycle is common but most people seem to have longer between periods not lots of mini ones! I feel ever so paranoid that something is wrong xx
