Im so confused, my tests yesterday went +, -, +, -. This mornings went +, -, -, +, +

The pic isnt very clear, ive tried editing it a little but its still not fantastic, PLEASE, does anyone have any idea whats going on? Im scared to test again in case its back to being - !!!
