Picked up something heavy and now a full pain sort of where pelvic bone is??

My little brother had an absolute fit so I carried him inside and up the stairs. He's six. Now I have a full pain where my pelvic bone is. Do you think I'm fine or what could this be?

I had issues with my pelvic bone hurting when I was in third tri and lifting heavy things aggravates it, it was due to the weight if babies head in my bones
