picnic food

Alex is 6 months old, has been weaned for nearly two months and eats most things niow. We've stsrted him on finger foods too.

We're going to a teddy brears picnic today and i'm looking for some quick and easy picnic ideas for him. Any thoughts?

cheese spread sarnie on bread are perfect, bread sticks to suck on few stick of cucumber and tomato (could be messy on a picnic though), anything melty really,
rhys is on all finger foods now and i've dumped the puree'ing lol,

have fun hope it brightens up hun xx

Thanks honey - it's going to be an indoor 'picnic'. I've given up on pureeing, just giving Alex finger food and mashed up versions of our dinner - he's got spag bol tonight

rhys has lasagne lol, he has what we had the night before warmed up because we has his tea and we have ours at 7. loads easier when yo go out as well if you get them into a habit of eating what we eat.
