PID after c-section??

Hi. Hoping someone can help me. I was diagnosed with PID about 3years ago after getting chlamydia from my then partner. I was given abtibiotics and it cleared. I was told I am more likely to get it again now I have had it once and more likely to get it after a c-section. Im now worried I might have it again. I have pink discharge now and again, usually if I hold my wee too long, back pain, stomach pain, fatigue and body aches. Has any one else experienced this?? Im really worried as we are not trying not preventing number 3 and im not having periods which I think may be linked
