If you had the $$$, would you fix your body?

I personally would do the following:
lipo (MAAAJOR ASS SUCTION)
stretchmark removal with a tummy tuck

I HAAAAATE this post partum body. I am trying to grasp the concept of how wonderful it was that my body produced such perfection, but screw it. It is disgusting.

I love my mummy body, minus the belly podge. I'd defo lipo that!

Tummy tuck and lipo all over , everywhere. Then id be happy! :smug:

My sister just had a boob job and I see how happy it has made her... Im all for people doing what they have to to be happy about their self :)

ooo meee too!!just a lift though , there big enough lol.I just need them to be pert!Bloody droopy things  :(

I'd probably go for a breast reduction and uplift- but not until I've had baby #2! Wouldn't wanna risk breaking my milk-producing-boobies before feeding my next baby...

However, I am trying to accept my body as it is... There are things (aside from the breasts) that I can work on. General fitness and fat controll are my own responsibility and it is down to me to put in the necessary work to get my body fit, healthy and slim again.

Aqua, you are BEAUTIFUL, hun! Don't beat yourself up. You're body is amazing! :hugs:

Just my boobs. They dissappeared after kyle was born :( xx

Lipo EVERYWHERE...thighs, bum, hips, arms, chin(s!)! Plus I'd have a tummy tuck and a breast reduction.

I really want a nose job but that has nothing to do with having a baby... but stretchmark removal and tummy tuck probably.

xxx

No, after having a c-section I never want to have surgery again.

I would want micro lipo on lower stomach and thighs. I'm a wussy when it comes to general anesthesia and micro lipo you can go use local.

**Oh I forgot to zap away the stretch marks as well!

Boob job, lipo, tummy tuck...suck the fat out of my thighs and arms...take away stretch marks :P

I would like the stretch marks gone and after I'm done nursing, I'm SO getting a boob job, they are gonna disappear, I can tell.

I don't expect my breasts to be nice anymore after my baby is off them!

but the thought of a booby job is far TOOO SCARY!!!

it would never be an option for me, no matter how awful my boobs will look afterwards!

firstly, I do not need to be on the frontpage of a glossy, shiny magazin.

secondly, if my partner wouldn't accept me like this anymore, he def could bugger off!

and thirdly, I am not buying the illusion of all those glossy, shiny magazins!

everybody who has worked with photoshop extensively knows they are all fake!

bodys get airbrushed before shootings and after photoshop does the rest! sometimes you even can see it

I have already had breast enlargements and it was the best thing I done...i dont regret it at all...so i am not against any more but it does take some serious thought as there are side effects

After my LO is born i will be busting my ass to get back into shape but if i need some help i wouldnt hesitate to have a bit of surgery, ive had it before and would do so again.

I've had 3 kids already so my body is not a temple by any means
I have never considered surgery before, because tbh I thought it was for very vain people ( unless reconstructive).
Now....I am preggy with #4 and I will def have a tummy tuck about a year after I have given birth, it's all planned and I have the finances in place for when I want it done. Then I will have my boobs put back to where they should be the following year. Having a child takes a real toll on your body, It wasn't so bad after my first but subsequent pregnancies left me with a saggy stomach and stretch marks galore. I'm still quite young and don't see why I should be unhappy with my body for the next 50 years or so.
