Well girls, what a journey. I have had a rainbow of emotions over the past few weeks. Sadly after getting my amazing BFP and being on :cloud9: we had an early scan at 8 weeks last week and there was no heartbeat. Couldnt belive it, had a rescan on Thursday and no change and the bean had not grown. Looks like it died at 6 weeks. We are devestated right now. Our dream had gone and we are back to square one. We have been on such a long journey and to finally get to this point and get our BFP we felt so lucky. Now we feel like the most unlucky people in the world.

So I await my hospital appointment at the EPAU on Monday to have another scan (which I am not looking forward to but just procedure cause it's NHS) and then discussion to discuss my options) I have had no bleeding which is really sad cause my body still thinks its pregant and there is nothing wrong. I am going to go for the D&C so we can try and get back to normal and hopefully it will be a less drawn out process and less painful physically and emotionally. Just hope after Monday they can get me booked in asap. Have booked nxt week off sick so I can take some time out.

Awful situation. Anyway was wondering if I can come back in ? no idea what happens next about trying again, Clomid ? Going to have to go back to FS as soon as I am feeling up to it. Anyone been through this who can advise at all ? I was on my last go of Clomid as had had 6 cycles of it. Last cycle was the sucessful one.

Our lives feel very empty and it's hard to see the future again after having it looking so bright. Just hoping that we perhaps we get lucky again soon

Sorry for the ramble ..........:hugs:

I'm so very sorry puddleduck... can't imagine what you and DH are going through. I only hope that you never have to feel this way again and that your re-visit to LTTTC is short and sweet :hugs:

xxx

Sorry to hear this hun, you both must be going through hell at the moment.
I really wish you well x

So sorry to hear about your loss, must be so hard after finally getting your :bfp:, take some time out and hopefully it will happen again for you soon and this time you'll go all the way to having a happy healthy pregnancy. Good luck.
xx

i am so sorry you are both going through this puddleduck. I hope your next appointment will be ok and you can find comfort with each other x

Sorry hun. We are all here for you if you need to talk. :hugs:

I'm so sorry sweets, that is so unfair!

There are positives to think on. You know what meds work, and with those meds, you ovulate, you have at least one clear tube, get sucessful conception and implantation, sucessfully produce hCG, and can get a BFP.

I've done 9 clomid cycles as two ended in m/c, so they were willing to extend it.

Hon, I signed on on holiday to check in on you. Was hoping and keeping everything crossed that all was OK. But see it wasn't. Please stay in touch! You have to be strong!!!! Got to keep going! I would probably ask Doc for advice on next stage. But D and C will be stressful. However I hope that means you can get back on your feet sooner, like you said. Go with your emotions...what ever you feel is OK. keep in touch and use me as an ear and PM me any time. Sending you lots of love, hugs and prayers!

I'm so sorry to hear your terrible news. I hope you get back to your normal self soon - take the time you need to grieve and look after yourself and your DH....

I am so sorry puddleduck. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Take you time emotionally. Unfortunately, I have had three miscarriages, and to answer your question, I just got right back on the track I was on...Clomid, specialist, and TTC - when you are ready. I usually waited one normal cycle, but since it take forever for me to get a BFP, I didn't wait longer than that. Once again, I am sorry.

Puddleduck - I am so sorry for you loss. Its is so unfair. I too have just miscarried and am having ultrasound to confirm that tomorrow. I passed it all early this morning. in state of shock but the pain has mostly gone. We will get over this and carry on.Only thing keeping me going right now. I understand all you feelings and share them completely.x

I haven't been on B and B for a while and just popped in today. Am so sorry for you both puddleduck and Brambletess. I can only begin to imagine what it must be like to have your dreams shattered after the lengths you have both been through to get as far as you did. I'll be watching your stories and wish you all the hope and luck in the world...

So sorry to hear about both your losses puddleduck and Brambletess!!!!!! I have no idea how hard it must be. Thinking of you both.

xxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh honey,

So sorry :hugs:
I really hope the next few weeks go ok and your feeling better as soon as your ready :hugs:

Puddleduck and Brambletess!

I'm so sorry girls! So very sorry! I've been in this situation twice before although at the time BFPs didn't take long. I remember how utterly heartbroken I felt. It's a very hard thing to go through! Especially when you longed for it for so long.

You will get through it in your own time and get yourselves back on track. I hope perhaps now the system got kickstarted, the next succesfull BFP isn't far away at all.

I'm sending you lots and lots of .

And good luck with the D&C if it comes to it!

Hi, I am new here but just wanted to say I am so sorry for your loss. Good luck with ttc again x
