It's normal for babies to bring a bit of their feed back up with wind at the end of a feed. Does she seem uncomfortable with it, or does it just come up really easily without her seeming as if she's in pain. Also, is it projectile vomiting that shoots across the room, or does it just go all over her/you/whatever is in front of her? If she's not uncomfortable, you're still getting lots of wet and dirty nappies in a day, and she's satisfied after a feed, I wouldn't worry about it (google possetting - very normal).
I used to worry when Sam used to be sick after most feeds, but he was never ill with it, and the amount of sick compared to what he would be drinking was nothing (seems like a lot, but imagine throwing a teaspoon of milk all over her - would seem like quite a lot). He still does it now at 4 months old and hasn't ever been ill.
You could try winding her in the middle of a feed, even a couple of times, so that there's not so much air in her stomach by the end of a feed (as that tends to force more milk out with it). If she seems to be in pain, unwell or is projectile vomiting I'd take her along to the doctor to get checked out though x
