Please help i can't get journal to link properly...

Hi, I have managed to link one of my journals but the other ones won't seem to work and come up with someone elses post!

I would like to call them:

Sammy's Pregnancy Journal

and

Sammy's FET Journal

https://www.babyandbump.com/ltttc-ac-journals/328116-sammys-fet-journal.html

Can any admin person put them on my signature for me please? (next to each other)
