Im losing milk out my one boob:hissy:....I been feeding her through it 1st for the last4 days...My one boob is like a C and the other a B...Its not filling up like the other one...Every hour...I can barely pump an ounce with the one...The other gets three...I been pumping the good boob just to keep it from engorging...Help please:cry:

Maybe try to pump it more? I don't know much about breastfeeding, sorry. I hope you get it straightened out though.

Also, might I add how LUCKY you are to only be a C when you've got milk! You shoulda seen me when mine came in...what a disaster!

barly a c the othe a full a..somethings gotta give lol..it looks funny lol,,

Ooh - I was about to post this exact same thing! My one boob is huge by the morning and is leaking all over the place. My thought though, was that the more we express, then the more the body thinks it needs to produce this amount again. Am I right? Perhaps we should ride it out for a couple of days and it wil reduce it's production? I could be wrong, but I've been expressing the last few days and it is getting no better.
Sorry to highjack your thread.

I dont understand? Sorry do you mean there isnt any milk in one side? Sorry if being a little stupid!?

I think you either pump the low side or ride out the ovr full side like Kat said - I'd prefer to have too much so I'd pump then I'd have extra to express and save. :)

Try latching the baby on the low one first at every feed take what they can and that will help to tell your body that you need to produce more there. Once they have fed on the low side then let them finish on the fuller side. And unfortunately to help avoid the engorging on the other side you do need to kinda ride it our for a couple of days and try not to just use that boob as you are correct that it just tells your body to make more on that side.

I know what you mean, when my milk came in I got huge, I'm up to an E now. It may not sound like too big but at 6'2" it looks weird, I think so anyways:blush:
