please help... shooting pains in boobs!!!

HELP! is anybody else getting this or know how to ease it... its mainly in my right breast but omg im close to tears its soooo bad! I am getting shooting/stabbing pains that run from the nipple inside! Its excrutiating! It sometimes happens to the other but its mainly just that one boob

I had this last week, mainly in my left one, it was horrible. One of the worst pains I've ever felt. It had to get my hair dryer out and warm it up even though I was t cold, the heat helped until I stopped and the pain calm back so I sat with my hair dryer on my nipple for around 20 minutes lol. The things we have to do.

i swear men so have the easiest parts of child making! xx

I only had this when I was breastfeeding DD, not during pregnancy, so I'm assuming it has something to do with milk production! It is SO not fun. I bought a rice pack to heat up and it works so well to soothe the pain. It feels like a hot needle going from your nipple to inside your chest. Warm showers helped too!

argh thats exactly how it feels! :s i wonder why its only one boob Ive got myself a hot/cold pack so will warm that up when it starts again and hopefully it will soothe it xx

That's funny.. it was my right breast mostly too.

I've had this! It is mainly at the side of my boob and it absolutely kills! It also comes on really sudden, I've not had it for a couple of weeks now but when it happens it hurts a lot x

I didn't have a heat pack the time so had to use the hairdryer lol. My other half thought I was abit strange holding a hairdryer to my nipple but it did help. Not had in since though and I'm hoping it doesn't happen again.

Men sure do, if on,y they could have all the aches and pais we have while we just give both lol they wouldn't cope x

I had this issue this morning... in fact, I wrote about it in my journal. Both breasts were so painful and it was completely random. After a hot shower and drinking lots of water, it started to get better.

This evening, for the first time, I noticed when I squeezed on my breast, a small amount of clear liquid came out. I imagine the pain had to do with them preparing to nurse if I guessed.

hahaha dont worry hun iv sat with a hairdryer on my boobs before lol. my boobs go purple and sore if they get cold so after baths/showers i have to make sure they are nice and warm. omg imagine.. there would be no children coz they wouldnt be able to cope

I have noticed my nipples are getting sticky S: theres nothing when i squeeze but often they are sticky and my nipple sticks to my bra/stomach

Hi love I have this and was diagnosed with vasospasm of the nipple. It was worse with cold weather or when getting out if the shower. The pain was excruciating!

I brought the breast warmers below and it helped me sooooooo much!! I wear them everyday without fail!
