Please help so scared!!

Hey, I am about 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby last friday I had an early scan (roughly would of been 6 weeks and 3 days) due to some spotting and cramping I was told that there was a pregnancy there but they couldnt say if it was viable or not as was a bit to early to see a heartbeat so I have been booked in for a scan this friday (12th feb). The bleeding had stopped and the pain had eased off just some slight aching so was feeling positive but yesterday evening I started spotting brownish/reddy blood and had pain today its brown having to use a panty liner but not heavy pain comes and goes but not extreme so scared do you think I am miscarrying or have I already lost the baby? Trying to stay positive and relaxed but so scared this is a much wanted baby took my husband and I a while to get pregnant and we were just so happy now I'm scared!! Any advice would be great. i hate to say it, and i dont want to scare you, but that sounds very similar to what i had when i mc'ed in December. Mine started pink, then after about 24hrs went to brown, then another 24hrs became red fresh blood when i wiped. i had a few cramps, but was never in pain worse than period pains, other than back spasms.

i really hope the scan on friday goes ok and that your bleeding isnt due to a loss
