Please help!

Hey everyone! I need some advice I had intercourse unprotected and than starterf having breast tenderness, diahrreah, and bloating, thought i was pregnant but than I had my period early it was heavy and last for about 5 days but now I feel sick to my stomach, very exhausted, more diarreah, when I stand up for to long I have to sit because I feel sick, bloating, and had some tingling sensations in my abdomen... I had my period so didn't think I was pregnant but now I'm confused. Please help
