Ok so here goes, I've got complaints about one specific user on this forum and I know for a fact that I'm not the only one who feels this person should be banned. How do I talk to someone who has that power? I don't feel the "ignore" feature is enough and if I can't get help then I'd like my profile deleted and I'll go somewhere else that won't tolerate the negativity coming from one single person.

This is a support forum, If you dont like how any person is posting there is a ignore feature.

Account memberships can be deactivated but this is the same as logging out - you simply won't be able to log back in again.

I have requested before that both of you need to put each other on your ignore lists. You both can clearly read each other's posts so you haven't taken the advice on board.
