Can lordosis scoliosis (lower spine curve), cause complications in pregnancy or birth? I'm 6 months pregnant and have severe back pain and lower abdominal cramps (possibly round ligament from being stretched so much).

I think this would be a question for your doctor. If you're in severe pain and you're 6 months pregnant I would see the hospital ASAP, as lower back pain and severe cramping can be signs of labor. I would assume from my little knowledge of any kind of scoliosis that it can cause issues with labor, as the spine tends to curve naturally during pregnancy anyways. If your spine already has a curve in it, and your doctor thinks it will cause issues during labor, they can schedule a C-section instead. I would talk to your doctor about this though. I'm surprised it hasn't already come up?

I have scoliosis too. My midwife told me it wouldn't cause any problems during the actual labor but the later stages of pregnancy can become very painful. I was lucky and never really had back pain that was worse than before but they will prescribe you painkillers if its bad. I'm pretty sure I was told that the curve in the spine can be an issue if you are wanting an epidural though.
It's probably best you ask your doctor or midwife though :)
