Please help!

2 days ago I was sore and kinda crampy in my lower stomach...thought it was stretching ligaments...my left side was crampy yesterday and today off and on and I just went to the bathroom and it looks like I have a little brown spotting...what do I do?

I had brown spotting at 15 weeks with last baby. Because i was having other problems i went to the er as i was in a different town. He was fine and they couldn't explain why.

Can you call an on-call nurse at a local hospital? They might be able to give you more advice on whether to go to the emergency room or watch for more bleeding.
