Please share your routines..!

Really interested to hear people's routines - in particularl for a formula fed, 4-5 month old!
Including feed times and amounts, and nap/bed times please.

I know all baby's are different and routines are not strictly necessary etc..(!).
We've tried a few without much success, and so I'm just looking to see what other people do that works for them. Maybe I'm missing something..!

My wee one is 4 and a half months.

She wakes up around 8am, we get her changed, then she has a 7oz bottle around 9am. She then plays for about half an hour, gets a bit whiney so I put her in her rocker while I grab something to eat and a coffee. I then bring her out and she falls asleep around 10:30, she just naps on me most days. Usually goes down for 1-2 hours.

We then bring out her play gym - it is the kind with the piano at the bottom, she kicks away for half an hour, we get ready then go out for a few hours. She has her second 7oz bottle while we are out. We come home and she goes in her rocker for a bit while I tidy up, she sometimes falls asleep or she plays with her toys. Her dad gets home from work and plays with her whilst I make dinner. She gets fed her third 7oz just before we eat, then naps. We clear up and then she wakes up and we either bath her or do baby massage (alternate days) then we have jumperoo time to tire her, then she has her last bottle (7oz) and then quiet time with no stimulation from 9pm, she falls asleep and that's her until the next day.
