I have a 32-35 day cycle however I am not sure when or IF I ovulate. Do you only get PMS symptoms if you ovulate? I don't seem to get very much EWCM and no ovulation pains. I do however get PMS symptoms.

It can be different for everyone. I think by PMS symptoms you mean lower back pain, ovarian pain and little bit of cramping in the lower abdomen? that would be considered ovulation pain as well. Not everyone gets a lot of CM or EWCM during ovulation. Some have EWCM but it's way up there they don't even know cuz it doesn't make its way out. It doesn't mean you can't conceive though but to increase your chances you can take something like Robittusin or Mucinex as it has an ingredient that increases the cervical mucus in our bodies. A lot of girls swear by it.

That's great thank you. I usually get very swollen and somewhat sore BB's just before I get my period and I also get cramps. I'm just wondering will I only get these symptoms before AF if I ovulated.

Tender breast is another symptom of ovulation. So it's possible. I think you should use OPKs to know if you're ovulating or not. I did this cycle and it helped me A LOT!
